SERVICE DELIVERY RULES AND REFUND TERMS

Pickup time is between 03.30 A.M to 05.00 A.M, depending on the location.

Flight time approx. 30 to 60 minutes in between 05.30 A.M. to 08.00 A.M. depending on the weather conditions.

Drop off time approx. between 08.00 AM to 9.00 AM back to the hotel, depending on hotel location and traffic.

Instructions will be given by the pilot and the operation team.

Refreshment Drinks will be provided before takeoff as complimentary.

Passengers we are unable to accommodate:

  • Ladies more than 3 months pregnant

  • Children less than 5 years of age

  • Anyone more than 85 years of age

  • Serious heart problems or any other medical conditions will not be suitable for this trip

  • Anyone who had major surgery recently within the last 6 months

  • Anyone that has had a broken leg/arm

  • Anyone who suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries

  • Phobia in height

  • Disabilities covering mental health and emotional/ Physical disabilities

  • Also, all passengers have to sign the declaration that they don’t have the above problems (Mandatory)

Following are the ABP (Able Body Person) criteria for passengers:

  • Physically strong and healthy

Following disability persons can also fly:

  • Autism Spectrum disorders.

  • Chronic Medical conditions

  • Hearing impairment

  • Intellectual disability

  • Learning disability

  • Vision impairment

REFUND POLICY

 

Non-group Bookings:

  • 48 hours prior to the departure: No Cancellation Fee (7-10 working days refund period)

  • 24 hours less prior to the departure: 50% Cancellation Fee (7-10 working days refund period)

  • 18 hours less prior to tour departure: 100% Cancellation Fee (No Refund)

 

Group Bookings (Minimum of 5 persons):

  • 7 days prior to tour departure: 50% Cancellation Fee (7-10 working days refund period)

  • 5 days or less prior to tour departure: 100% Cancellation Fee (No Refund)
